Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MyIndianFans.com (the "Platform"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, subscribe to a creator, or upload content. By using the Platform you confirm you meet this requirement and that any content you upload does not depict anyone under 18.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Fans and creators are separate roles on the Platform; a creator account additionally requires KYC verification via our payment partner before payouts can be received.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. Recurring billing continues each cycle until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law. Platform commission and any applicable GST/TDS are deducted from creator payouts as described in our creator agreement.

4. Creator content

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload but grant the Platform a licence to host, transmit, and display it to paying subscribers so the service can function. Creators are solely responsible for the legality of what they post — see our Content Policy.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Uploading content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or illegal content of any kind.
• Circumventing paywalls, scraping, or redistributing paid content.
• Harassment, doxxing, or impersonation of any user or creator.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or payment fraud.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Content Policy, with or without notice depending on severity. You may close your account at any time from account settings.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for disputes between fans and creators, content accuracy, or indirect losses arising from use of the Platform, to the extent permitted by Indian law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where the Platform operator is registered.
