Content Policy

MyIndianFans.com allows creators to post adult (NSFW) content. This policy explains what's allowed, what isn't, and what creators must do to post NSFW material responsibly.

NSFW content is allowed — but must be labelled

You're welcome to post explicit adult content on your profile, the same way subreddits are tagged NSFW on Reddit. To do so:

• Mark your creator profile as NSFW in Studio → Profile settings before posting adult content.
• Keep your profile photo and public bio non-explicit — explicit media should sit behind the subscriber paywall, not in publicly visible previews.
• Only post content of consenting adults (18+), including yourself and anyone appearing alongside you.
• Be prepared to provide age/identity verification for anyone featured in your content if we request it.

Profiles marked NSFW are labelled for visitors and excluded from general/public discovery surfaces intended for a general audience.

Always prohibited

• Any content involving minors, or content that sexualises minors in any way, including drawn/AI-generated depictions.
• Non-consensual content: hidden-camera footage, revenge content, or anything posted without the consent of everyone depicted.
• Content depicting violence, bestiality, incest themes, or other content illegal under Indian law.
• Human trafficking, prostitution solicitation, or content facilitating illegal transactions.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright or likeness rights.

Enforcement

Content that violates this policy is removed and the uploading account may be suspended or permanently banned. Severe violations (e.g. content involving minors) are reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

Reporting content

If you believe content on the Platform violates this policy or infringes your rights, use our content reporting / DMCA process. Reports are reviewed under our Grievance Redressal mechanism, with a response within 32 hours for time-sensitive complaints (e.g. non-consensual content), as required under the IT Rules, 2021.
