Account types: fans and creators

Every account starts out as a fan: you can browse creator profiles, subscribe, unlock pay-per-view posts, and like or comment on any post you have access to. Creators can additionally publish posts, set subscription tiers, and receive payouts. The two aren't mutually exclusive — a creator can also subscribe to other creators' profiles just like any fan.

Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions are paid once, upfront, through Cashfree for the duration you choose (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) — there's no recurring billing. Your access simply ends when that duration is up; you can subscribe again any time from the creator's profile. Already have a creator profile of your own? You can still subscribe to other creators — subscribing and being a creator aren't mutually exclusive.

Becoming a creator

Anyone can start a creator profile instantly from Studio → Onboarding — there's no waitlist or manual approval. You can set up your profile and subscription tiers right away, but publishing your first post requires completing identity verification (PAN and a quick liveness check) first, so buyers know every creator on MyIndianFans is a real, verified person — we only support new posts from verified creators.

Likes & comments

You can like or comment on a post only if you already have access to it — meaning you're subscribed to that creator and, for pay-per-view posts, have also unlocked that specific post. This keeps engagement limited to people who've actually seen the content. You can delete your own comments at any time; creators can also remove comments left on their own posts.
