• Profile data: display name, bio, avatar, and any content you choose to publish.
• Payment data: handled by Razorpay — we store transaction and subscription status, not full card/UPI details.
• KYC data (creators only): PAN and bank details, collected and verified by our payment partner for payout purposes.
• Usage data: device/browser info, IP address, and interaction logs for security and analytics.

2. Why we collect it

To operate your account, process subscriptions and payouts, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations (including tax and KYC/AML requirements), and improve the Platform.

3. Consent & your rights

4. Sharing

We share data with service providers strictly to run the Platform: Razorpay (payments/KYC), our cloud storage and CDN providers (media hosting), and infrastructure/monitoring providers. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and as required afterwards to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your profile and content at any time; some records may be retained where law requires.

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, signed URLs for locked content) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage strong, unique passwords.

7. Children

The Platform is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
